Dr. Esch is a faculty research associate at NCWIT and the College of Engineering & Applied Science at the University of Colorado Boulder. At NCWIT, she develops resources to support educators, administrators, counselors, and other change-makers in strengthening STEM education and expanding pathways into careers in technology. Her work includes translating scholarship into practical interventions, evaluating their effectiveness, and examining strategies to promote the widespread adoption and sustained use of these innovations. Prior to coming to NCWIT in 2017, Dr. Esch’s research and professional activities focused on implementation and evaluation of interaction-based practices in community service organizations.
