Dr. Andrea Bowens-Jones, a polymer chemist by training, is a former P&G Research & Development Director. She has managed multi–disciplinary teams of scientists and engineers to drive technology, formulation, and process development for top personal care brands such as Secret, Old Spice, and Gillette. In 2015, she left P&G to pursue her passion for personal development and workplace inclusivity. Through her transformative teaching and coaching program, Dr. Andrea has helped hundreds of leaders expand their growth potential while continuing to drive change in the workplace through her role at NCWIT.
